I review your MyFitnessPal account to take a look at your calorie and macro tracking, which allows us to provide better nutrition feedback and programming!
I will look at addressing your barriers to progress in terms of mindset and creating new habits that support your goals. Every Wednesday you will upload your check-in pictures to your app and I'll provide feedback the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month!
